The development puts rental apartments above ground-floor retail and commercial fronting the main streets. The project includes rejuvenation of the existing, century-old Scott Building, a 3-storey brick structure that has served a variety of purposes throughout its life. It will be revitalized to retain its vintage character while updating components where appropriate. New 3- and 6-storey additions will be built on its eastern side.

Blood Alley is a 10 and a 5 storey mixed use building at 33 West Cordova. There are 62 market units and 80 social housing units.
The building development will retain the historical façade. The retention of the façade plus the density and limits in space will introduce challenges in the construction. The site area is 19,072 sf with 116,713 SF of gross floor area and a balcony area of 2,295 sf. There will be 62 market units and 80 social housing units.

Nautilus Management partnered with Chandos Construction to complete the Millwork for School District 43's newest school. It will provide 430 student spaces, plus child care, in the fast-growing Burke Mountain neighbourhood.

General Contractor - Chandos Construction
Nautilus Management partnered with Chandos Construction to complete the Millwork for School District 39. This project includes seismically replacing the at risk school with a state-of-the-art building on the current property’s upper playfield. This project will include a Neighbourhood Learning Centre to accommodate 138 childcare spaces. The new school will be built to the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold standard or equivalent and incorporates 21st century learning standards. Construction of the new David Lloyd George will allow students to stay in the current building while the work is completed. The new school will be built with a capacity of 440 students, which is based on enrolment projections.
